To pay with a check or money order, click the "How to Order" button to the left or the order information link at the bottom of this page for ordering instructions. You may browse the catalog but do not click the shopping cart buttons if you intend to mail a check or money order in payment. We are sorry, but we cannot ship our chestnuts outside of the US.

We will start to ship chestnuts the week of October 6.

We will accept Thanksgiving orders until November 12^th at 5 PM (EST) unless sold out. Christmas orders must be received by December 10^th to ensure Christmas delivery. You will be given an opportunity to let us know your delivery preferences during the payment process. DELIVERY CHOICES ARE NOW, THANKSGIVING OR CHRISTMAS.

Thanksgiving orders will be shipped the week of November 12^th so that they will be received in time for Thanksgiving. Christmas orders will be shipped the week of December 10^th to ensure Christmas delivery. You will be given an opportunity to let us know your delivery preferences during the payment process.

Delmarvelous Chestnuts are specially bred chestnuts that combine the sweetness of the American nut and the peel-ability of the Chinese chestnut. The inner skin does not stick to the nutmeat. Our chestnuts come to you FRESH from our orchard. We process and sort our chestnuts by hand to ensure our customers the finest gourmet quality chestnut available.

Note: The last shipping dates for Thanksgiving and Christmas are the week of November 12 and December 10 respectively.

Dried chestnuts have a long shelf life. So you can enjoy chestnuts all year long! Just store in an airtight container or freeze for later use. To use dried chestnuts reconstitute them the same way you would reconstitute dried beans or peas--simmer in water for 30 minutes.
